Domestic customers can complete payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX and PayPal. International customers must select the PayPal payment option as we do not process direct credit card payments outside of the United States.
Custom Knife and Tool Shipping and Returns:
We ship using USPS Priority Mail with signature delivery.
Custom knife and tool sales are considered final unless any concerns regarding thepurchase have been communicated withing two business days of delivery. Production knives may be returned within 30 days as long as they are in new, unused condition with all retail packaging intact and undamaged. The standard 15% restocking fee is applicable for all buyer's remorse returns.
Offer installment payments on many of our custom knives and tools. Payments can be spread out over 60 days for no additional fee. You can learn more by downloading our Installment Agreement Form.
General Product Shipping:
In most but not all cases domestic orders will be dispatched within two business day of payment. If any of your item(s) are on backorder or we expect an extended delay in processing your shipment you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders valued at $250 or more ship with Signature Required Delivery. Unless otherwise specified or requested E2FG ships using the United States Postal Service. Domestic transit times average 4 to 6 business days – including Saturdays but delays may occur and we have no control over the shipment once it leaves the shop.
E2FG offers a 30-day return policy on most sales under the following terms:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- All items must be returned in as-sold condition with all packaging, documentation and accessories intact.
- There is a minimum 15% restocking for any buyer’s remorse returns. This fee may be reduced to if the item is returned in new, sellable condition.
- After 30 days all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
- E2FG will provide free return shipping for any DOA purchases when claims are made within 3 days of delivery. After that time shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
- All battery purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are available if the battery has been installed, used or charged. Contact plates must be in new unused condition.
- All shipping fees- including return shipping are at the expense of the buyer and are never refundable.
- Any DOA claims will be processed as warranty claims via the OEM manufacturer. E2FG will offer product exchanges only if the buyer agrees to pay for all related shipping expenses.
Knives and Lithium-Ion batteries cannot be shipped internationally.International shipments do NOT include door to door tracking unless you have selected Global Express Shipping Transit times vary by destination and can be affected by local customs procedures. We do not guarantee arrival dates for any international shipping method. It is E2FG’s experience that the average shipment arrives within 21 -28 days of clearing US Customs.
All international orders are shipped with a declared and insured value equal to the purchase price.
We do not ship certain countries/areas including but not limited to: Africa, South America, Russia and Ukraine
All buyers (domestic and international) agree to a minimum (dependant on destination location) 45 days waiting period before a lost package claim can be filed.
Pre-Order Item Payment and Fulfillment:
Any order placed with items in pre-order status will not ship until every item in that order is in stock. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Delayed billing (i.e. payment processing at the point of shipping) is not available due to a limitation of the shopping cart platform.

We have the ability to fulfill special orders. If you are interested in any item by one of our manufacturers but do not see it listed, let us know. We may be able to find it for you.
E2FG reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
